Capturing a memory isn’t limited to just children or the elderly. Maybe you have a story of your own, or know someone with a story to share, ensuring it’s preserved for generations to come.

We have a range of questions that serve as a baseline to help your subjects warm up and reveal their true selves. However, since you know your subjects better than we do, we’ll collaborate closely to ensure we ask the right questions.

We deliver the final video on a customised USB stick. We can also host the video on Vimeo with a private link that can be shared to your loved ones.

We use two Canon Cinema cameras that shoot in 4K, along with professional lighting to maximize the cameras' potential. Audio is something we take very seriously, so we use both lapel and boom microphones to ensure top-quality, professional-grade sound.

Children as young as 4 are a great starting point for interviews. Recording them every 1 to 2 years offers a wonderful way to observe their growth and how their responses evolve over time. Imagine revisiting those videos years later and witnessing the differences as they grow.

There is no specific age range for the elderly when it comes to recording interviews. We strive to make the experience as comfortable as possible for them. On the day of filming, we’re in no rush to finish and prioritize taking breaks to ensure our subject remains at ease throughout the process.

We allow for a 3 round review process to ensure you have your say and are completely happy with the final version of the video.

Generally the full interview would average around 45 minutes to an hour, but some people are happy to speak for longer and we are in no rush to finish filming as ultimately we want to ensure we capture the moments we require, to craft your beautiful film.

We currently travel up to 50km from the Northern Beaches.

Filming should ideally take place in a space where the subject feels most comfortable in. E.g for a child its most probably in their bedroom or play area. For an elderly person, it will most probably be in their lounge room.
